The North Texas premiere of the musical comedy by Tony Sportiello (book) and Al Tapper (music & lyrics), National Pastime tells the story of WZBQ, a struggling radio station in 1930s Iowa. In a desperate attempt to save the station, employees invent a fictional, undefeated baseball team and begin broadcasting fake games—until the national media takes notice.
