Drinking Habits by Tom Smith
In the Convent of The Sisters of Perpetual Sewing, two nuns secretly make wine in order to keep the convent open. Two reporters (their former fiancés) go undercover to expose them. A new nun arrives, who is thought to be a spy from the Vatican sent to shut down the convent. Spirits and secrets are spilled as everyone tries to preserve the convent and reconnect with lost loves.

Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol adapted by McKinney's own Dr. Andrew Harris
The classic tale of Ebeneezer Scrooge comes to life on stage, a favorite family tradition for both the cast and the audience. Two separate weekends – first, during McKinney Main Street’s annual “Home for the Holidays: A McKinney Christmas” festival and now, the weekend before Christmas!

Let's Murder Marsha by Monk Ferris
A happy housewife named Marsha, hopelessly addicted to reading murder mysteries, overhears her loving husband discussing her upcoming birthday surprise with an interior decorator. To her ears, though, it sounds like they are planning to murder her! Enlisting a neighbor to help turn the tables, there’s a poisoned potion, then... the maid, her policeman boyfriend and, GASP Marsha’s own mother in on the plan to kill her?! When Marsha’s intended victims discover what she thinks they’re up to, they decide to teach her a lesson by actually pretending to be murderers. This is a terrific show for family audiences who like their comedy broad, fast, and nonstop.

Jones, Hope & Wooten's The Savannah Sipping Society
Four middle-aged Southern women needing to escape their day-to-day routines are drawn together by an impromptu happy hour. Deciding to reclaim their enthusiasm for life, they hire a much-needed life coach and spend the next six months bonding over shared misadventures and the occasional liquid refreshment, discovering a renewed determination to live in the moment and most importantly, that it’s never too late to make new old friends.

Much Ado Out West by Wade Bradford; MRT’s annual melodrama and a popcorn-throwing good time for all ages!
Inspired by Shakespeare's hilarious battle-of-the-sexes romantic comedy, "Much Ado About Nothing," this western romp brings Pedro, Ben and Claude home from the Civil War only to discover that the womenfolk have been doing all of the roping and ranching. But it isn’t long before love is in the air - Claude falls head over heels for Southern-belle Winny, while tomboyish Calamity Jane is carrying a torch for Claude and determined to cause a fuss if she doesn’t get her way. Arch-rivals Ben and Betty only seem happy when insulting one another, but is that just a mask to hide their true feelings?
